Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of refurbished materials, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color, stitching, texture, or pattern

  • Natural differences in reclaimed leather

These characteristics are normal and part of each item's uniqueness.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate solution.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

Premvion is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.
