Our Promise
We want you to love your Premvion pieces. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without hassle.
14-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@premvion.net with your order number and reason
- We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and address
- Ship the item back with tracking
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately, no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and final-sale/clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.
